Tamil Culture is an ancient dravidian culture, concentrated in South India, but rooted in the arts and ways of life of Tamil people in India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and across the globe. Tamil Language

Tamil language, 2,000 years old and spoken by over eight crore people, is one of the longest-surviving classical languages in the world and is described as “one of the great classical traditions and literatures of the world”. Harvard University could soon house a department dedicated to Tamil (refer: harvardtamilchair.org).
