We would like to remind to those who have not paid your annual CTS membership subscription for the year 2019/2020.
In accordance with Canterbury Tamil Society (CTS)’s Constitution Number 7 b “The financial year of the Society shall commence on the 1st Day of April each year All fees and subscriptions shall be paid at the time if admission as members of the Society and thereafter within two months of the beginning of the financial year, Members whose subscriptions are in arrears shall be notified by 1 April of the relevant year and payment of arrears may be accepted till 14 April, Any members whose subscription is in arrears on 15th April of the relevant year shall forfeit his/her membership as at that date, Restoration of membership after forfeiture shall be on application and payment of a full year’s subscription in arrears, irrespective of when restoration is effected”.
In view of the above, we kindly request you to pay your subscription by 31st May 2019 in order to renew your membership with CTS. We highly expect your cooperation in this regard.
