Vanakkam,

The election of the CTS Executive Committee for the period of 01 April 2018 till 31 March 2019 will take place at the Annual General Meeting:

When:  Saturday 17th  March 2018

Time: 3:00 – 4:30 pm.

Full members of CTS are invited to nominate candidates for the post of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Constitution of CTS stipulates that the candidates for the above posts should be full paid up members of CTS.  Each candidate should be proposed by a full paid up member of CTS and seconded by a full paid up member of CTS.

Please find attached Nomination form  (Nomination form _CTS_2018-19).When you nominate for the above positions, The form duly completed must clearly indicate the followings:

1. The position and name of the candidate

2. Name and signature of the member proposing the candidate

3. Name and signature of the member seconding the proposal

4. The candidate’s signed declaration.

Non-compliance of above format will render the nomination/s invalid.
